We stopped using any type of bag years ago. It is soooo freeing.

Yeah....swinging your arms when you walk is co overrated.

. It doesn't hinder movement at all. I shift it more towards the front so it sits on my hip bone. I love my capture. It is all chipped and ratty I have used it so much. I debate buying a new one, but it still works perfectly since it is made of metal, it just looks crappy now.
