Bringing bottled water into parks

Yep! -- So far, no problem bringing a small amount of snacks and drinks into any of the Parks.

I saw a lot of people with small coolers- wish I would've brought one!

Are you sure that you will want to carry the cooler around all day? What will you do with it when you go on rides, etc. Just a thought!

We buy bottled water for our room, and take one with us in the morning. We have some of the water bottle carriers, so we each "wear" our water. We do buy ice cold ones at the parks throughout the day, figuring this expense in, since in the Florida heat, we need ice cold!

We brought a soft cooler with some snacks and water in it. We also had a carriage which made bringing it along even easier. This past week, we went to New Hampshire to visit some of the attractions and opted not to bring a carriage. I ended up carrying everything in my backpack. It was no big deal to carry that along. I am used to carrying alot of things at one time.

So, you can bring water and snacks into the park? Wow. Didn't know that. What kind of snacks are allowed? DD is a grazer and DS is a stuffer. (He will not eat for hours and then down 3 hotdogs in 10 minutes with a milk chaser and then be ok for another few hours.)

TIA

We have a stroller so we carry oour cooler on that. You can rent a locker and put your cooler there. We also bring lot of snacks with us. Like: Fruit bars, peanut butter crackers, gold fish, rice krispie treats ect...

We took a bunch of 100 calorie packs of cheetos and ritz and chips ahoy cookies just to have something to munch on throughout the day. They worked great because they were already portioned and we didn't need ziplocks to carry them.

Thanks so much! I need to start making a list. We will be there in 91 days and the time is just flying.

WDW is much more family friendly than Six Flags. They will not allow anything in. Period. Even took my sunscreen away (well, I had to sign to get it back.)

We take things like granola bars, goldfish, but the best thing is plain M&M's

we have also taken bottled water into the parks that we have purchased ahead and then frequently refilled each night, I know WDW water , but we have never noticed a bad taste. Try freezing the bottles over night in the hotel, but the time you need them in the am they will have started to thaw. If you keep them in a holder with a strap they will often stay "frozen" for quite some time and continue to provide ice cold water for most of the day.
