Bringing balloon back into park?

We took one back in to MK because it had popped and they replaced it.

The on-ride part is not a too bad, but the balloon has a hard time designing its own test car.

That being the case,though,wouldn't they also ban balloons from being brought INTO Epcot as they do at DAK?

It's inconvenient because of monorail/park hopping (telling a visitor getting on the monorail they have to go home first is not good for Disney), but as long as they don't sell them the number of balloons that can get stuck is small and the balloons that come in are generally secured already (most balloon losses are in the transfer from salesperson to kid). Basically, it's annoying to get the balloons down but they can do it. With AK it can kill the animals so there's an outright ban.

Has anyone had their balloons stolen from a stroller handle? I mean, MOST people might not want to ruin the Magic but...

I'm sure it happens. We had one in the park two days and didnt have a problem.

I always laugh when I think of the "balloon storage facility" at AKL. Where do they all go? Is there a room that's just full of floating balloons?
