Bring your child to work day....anyone participating?

Kelsea was the first child to ever do this at my store. I guess no one else had ever asked. Anyway, she did great. She was more help that some of the people that get paid to do it. She worked and worked this morning.
This afternoon was a different story. Instead of working, she went shopping.

My older two DD's went with DH to work today at his architectural firm. The firm made little gift bags up for them with office supplies. The kids said they were pretty bored though.

Not me. My kids go to school with me on days I have to get my room ready, etc. if they are off. They also go to dad's office often enough to know what goes on there.
My own school does not even excuse the absence anymore. The original intent of the day was for ages 8-14 or something and we had seniors working with their parents, as if by age 18 they didn't know what their parents did.
