You actually are just posting a link to the picture you want to display. The picture has to be out there on the internet to begin with. There are a lot of sites that will alow you to upload pictures off your computer out there. One that is pretty easy to use is Photobucket. once you have the picture on the web somewhere, you just click on the postcard looking button

above the message box, and paste the address of the picture in the box that pops up.
Be aware that the picture displays at whatever size it is saved as. So try to keep the size on the small end.
