and I'm not sure there is any real benefit to using them over plain ol' DCL main-line booking.

I generally do NOT try to upgrade/change cabins/alter reservations. Once I have booked: I'm done.

I decided to ask the experts (that means you guys) about their experiences with BJ's (ONLY) travel. Many thanks....

Right now they only offer up to $200 BJ's gift card to use at their stores after your cruise and reduced deposit for booking with them. Dreams Unlimited offers a few dollars more for onboard credit for booking with them. Costco gives the most in the form of a costco gift card that is approximately 9% of your cruise fare.

interesting....thanks for the comparison.

it seems NOBODY uses BJ travel (judging by the lack of responses)....

I've not seen much chatter here about them. I looked into it for our October 2015 cruise since I shop there all the time, but stayed with Dreams Unlimited for the onboard credit. Now that I've moved and have a Costco nearby I might book with them next year.

one of my cruisemates/relatives goes to costco...i shall look into as well. Thanks again....u have been very helpful

If the price is the same, you don't make changes, AND if they offer a giftcard for the booking, that giftcard IS the benefit to using them. It's why I use Costco Travel, because of the GC. (when I remember to transfer a newly booked cruise, that is)
