It's a 20-acre, $250+ million dollar expansion. The majority of the land was previously unused, so there you go yet again being disingenious. I've never heard Universal say anything other than it was going to be a "theme park within a theme park", and that it would be an additional "island" for IoA.
I realize it's hard to accept, but the creator was underwhelmed by Disney's bid and was thoroughly impressed with their competitor's. It's time to let it go and move on.
BTW, the MK is 107 acres, and according to the CM on the safari ride that includes the parking lot. So WWHP is roughly 20% the size of the entire MK.
