Bridging Tickets for 15 night stay. Need some help

So we are getting close to our Fastpass window. We let our AP laps this year. Did disneyland last year. So now we have to get new pass for our November trip. We haven't had to bridge in years. So I am little out of date on it. Are they still doing the gate prices. I'm getting conflicting info from some. Also we are going for 15 nights. Would I still be able to book 15 days worth of fasspasses if I can only buy a 10 park hopper from UT?

I recommend reading Robo’s stickie thread on ticket upgrades:

Note that you are only able to make FPs for the number of days you have tickets. So, a 10-day ticket from UT means you can make 10 days of FPs. With an AP and a full stay at Disney-owned resorts, you can make length of stay FPs.
