1/4 of my classmates had to read the book in 6th grade, and I don't know a single one that didn't hate the book. I somehow managed to get out of reading it, so I'm not sure if they were exaguating or not. I'm not sure if I'll go see it.

I've tried to read the it, my friends hated the book and I think the plot is ridiculous.
She gets killed in by a tree.

The movie looks awful.

well yea 1/2 of da book was pretty boring but i liked the ending half...

The movie seems like it doesnt stay loyal to the book...too much magic but i love josh hutcherson

I remember LOVING this book in 5th grade (we all had to read it)
So I may have to be the really cool 16 year old in a theater full of 10 year olds!

I remember my teacher telling me I should read it, but I was interested in other things. I never did get around to reading it. The movie looks okay (especially since it's filmed in New Zealand! I love it there!), but I'll wait until I hear what it's like, and then I'll wait until it's out on DVD to see it.

I watched this music video on family for it.
It makes me laugh, the song was horrible, the footage was horrible and Disney seems to think any teenager they have in a movie is a triple threat because they have them. The girl was awful at lipsynching and probably really wasn't singing.

I defantly wont waste money on it by going to a theatre...and I probably won't bother renting it...

The movie like I said before looks to magic-y... The book is more about their relashinship so i dont know what to expect... I LOVE Josh tho so im DEFELENTLAY gonna go see it. The book was awesome. Cant see how some of you hated it THAT much @_@.
