Bridge to Magic Kingdom

Does anyone know when they are going to complete the pahtway from the Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom by putting a bridge over the waterway where the electric light parade comes out onto Seven Seas Lagoon? The pathway with lights has been done for a couple of years now, but there is no way to cross over the waterway. Would love to have it completed so I can walk to MK from the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian Resort.

The linked thread is mostly related to the old program where they sold bricks (we have one) on the walkways. To answer the OP's specific question - sorry there are no current plans to construct a pedestrian bridge over that waterway.
