I just ordered one of these for our upcoming trip in Oct. Just curious if anyone has used one before. It seems like an ideal device made for parents with mobile kids... I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience using one of these devices in the park or elsewhere. I know it's not a substitute for being a responsible parent, but just in case right?:thumbsup2

What??? no one used em?

(Just my excuse for a bump) ;)

Well actually the device is only effective up to 600' but I was thinking about setting the alarm to go off at 300'. And if my DD is running I'd still have another 300' cushion to be able to track her. Even 300' is a very long distance especially in Disneyland. The section of Main St. from the entrance to emporium to the Coca-Cola soda shop is just over 300'. If I'm standing in line at Mickeys House and my 4yo DD decided to head back to Fantasyland I'd know about 50' before she goes back under the bridge to exit Toontown! You don't think that would be usefull?

I was thinking about getting the same exact thing for our trip to Disney World. You can even use panis homing tags and the child can hit the button for you to track them. We almost lost our 3yo in Epcot.

Ive wondered if these work...but then again our kiddo doesnt wander around much. And we useually have the stroller. lol

I cancelled my order before they shipped it. I had too many reservations after reading about it more!
