We went with the guides suggestions with the exception of Fire in Dublin. DH and I saw a Rachael Ray show where she visited Dublin and ate dinner at Fire. DH, drooling all over the TV, stated that we were DEFINITELY going to eat there on our trip and we did, hahaha!
