Have never flown Breeze before. We're thinking about flying with them from CAK (Akron-Canton) to MCO. Just curious if any of you have flown Breeze from CAK to MCO and how did it go? Did you have any problems with cancelled or delayed flights? How is Breeze when it comes to customer service? If they have delayed or cancelled your flight, how difficult was it to get another flight? Any and all comments on this subject welcome!

Ive flown breeze many times. Not this specific route but Ive flown out of 2 different airports and flown into 3 different airports (MCO being one). Flights arrived early every single time.

I’ve flown Breeze out of CAK a couple times (not to MCO) and have had good experiences with them each time. There’s always the danger of a cancellation and because they don’t fly every day to some routes, there is the chance of disruption for your trip, but I think their overall reliability has been pretty good.

My friends fly Breeze out of Salisbury MD to MCO and they are very pleased. There have been delays.

Relatives have flown from CAK a few times and had no issues. It is closer to where they live compared to the larger CLE airport and more convenient for them due to the smaller size of that airport. Many older threads on the topic of the various smaller/shoestring airlines and the potential issues. Always a good idea to compare different airports/flights/prices/connections/etc. when booking a trip.

If they don't fly daily flights to/from where you plan to go or only have one flight per day, you run the risk of being stranded when they have a mechanical issue or something related to bad weather. Something to consider when booking your flight since you have no way to predict what issues might arise between when you book your ticket and your travel day. "Customer Service" likely can't solve the issue of the only scheduled flight that day being cancelled. Even if the bad weather is in some other part of the country can impact your flight if the arriving aircraft is delayed/cancelled. Newer airlines typically startup with a few planes/routes and expand from there. Some are successful, others are not. The basic fixed costs of employees/airplanes/facilities are what every airline has to deal with.

I flew Breeze this past fall from TPA to CAK with no issues at all. Plane was new. No delay and good price.

Wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.

We flew Breeze in August from AVP-MCO. Both flights were early. Even our private driver said they like Breeze passengers because they are always early. If your airport is close to you you can save a bunch of money by purchasing your tickets in person, but only Tuesdays from 11a-1pm(I think). If you purchase online you pay a technology fee.
