Hello everyone, not long until we drive back to dlp but could someone confirm if it is the law to carry a breathalyser please

Have a look here. It would appear that it is a legal requirement to carry a breathalyser, but there is no sanctions if you don't.

We were not sure either. But they are cheap to buy in Halfords, around £1.50/£2 each. So we bought a couple anyway just to be on the safe side to keep in the car.
