It's actually not a refinery, Steph....it's a holding terminal (thank goodness). I can see the flames from my town (I'm right across the Outerbridge Crossing) in Woodbridge. We haven't been evacuated but I'm home just in case....

CNN referred to it as a Refinery...glad it's just a holding area....

Some news stations are saying we're evacuating. My DH called me in an hysterical swivet.....no grocery shopping today....

But I'm home and there's no evacuation going on.....yet. The smoke is blowing east (Long Island way) and south.

Please say a prayer that there is no loss of life. This is too close, too soon.
