Just gone 2 pm here. We'll head to my parents in about 3.5 - 4 hours. Tonight is about the kids...we'll have about 10 of them there; from 8 - 12 years of age. They will be opening presents.

DH, DS and I will open ours tomorrow morning.

I think I might just go lie down and grab some sleep. I've been up since about 4.30 am this morning.

Apparently not I'm not the one actually locking up the store, but I am going to be the last one there, aside from the closing manager and security guy. Kamar is usually really good about getting people out as soon as possible, and I'm sure he wants to head home to be with his wife, so I'm pretty sure we won't actually be there until 8:30 (store closes at 7, I'm scheduled until 8:30).

I decided to skip the fudge. I only like two of my managers (Kamar and Anna Maria), and I didn't want to piss off Peter, who's the store manager, and risk getting even fewer hours.

Not that I'm aware of... Peter had been talking about doing another pot luck (he was relocated by the company and is really homesick due to the holidays, which is the only thing he's getting sympathy for right now), but I never heard any definite information about it. I might bring cupcakes or something, but I haven't decided yet.

Yes it was a full house, and she was awesome! A mix of standup and singing the kid of variety stuff we had in the 70's it was a lot of fun and lots of laughs.
