No, it's just a standard desk with piles all on the top of it. If we don't get the cat based on that, I'll go to the pound and get one.

I read a story on the WFD thread where some animal rescue people were incredibly petty. I wouldn't put it past this woman. If it doesn't work out I'll go to the pound. I'll just feel bad for the poor guy who doesn't get to live here. I think he'd love it! But that's my opinion. We have an awesome cat household, just ask Mac, he loves it. You saw all the cat furniture!

I've tried that, how do you think I learned to leave her desk alone?

Once, at work, I sat next to a guy that practically disappeared everytime he sat down at his desk. There were papers and magazines everywhere. There was just enough space for him to write on a notepad and for his hands to get to the computer.

I lost it a couple of times...especially given that his leaning towers of paper would periodically spill over on my desk.

And he was just like Fran....fanatical about no one touching or cleaning up because he knew where everything was.

So, I decided to 'help' him clean up. I moved a couple of magazines and letters from the middling of one pile into the middling of another pile.
He went nuts looking for things and in the process, cleaned up. He never suspected a thing because he found what he was looking for...just not where he expected it to be.
