Breakfastsaurus

What can you tell me about this breakfast?! Atmosphere, characters, food? We have been to Disney several times but never to AKL so we are trying it this time. I thought it might be a fun way to start the day. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh my gawd, I recall pigging out in there during our last trip and I had to write on a napkin "you're too funny" for our waiter!
We had a blast.
What I do not like about Disney's breakfast buffets is how they're tight on the drinks and juice. The waiters seem to get lost after two glasses.

But it was an awesome experience, especially eating Mickey - shaped pancakes!

We actually enjoyed it more than Crystal Palace. The food was fresh and hot and the character interaction was awesome (they each made 2 rounds because it was a little slow that day). You must try the breakfast casserole! It's out of this world!! DS4.5 even enjoyed the food and he's not much of an eater. Of course, the Krispy Kreme's didn't hurt either! We had no problems getting drinks...they even brought a hot cocoa with whipped cream for DS....not too hot, of course.

We were there the first week of Dec so the characters were dressed in festive clothing and since it was raining that morning the carolers that typically stay outside were making their rounds in the restaurant singing various Christmas songs. DS loved it when they sang "Grandma got ran over by a reindeer".

Great food (get a made to order veggie omlette, YUM)
Entertaining CM's and wonderful characters. It is 13 DS favorite character meal (now that the villian dinner is gone) and is a must do for this family.

It is the only Character meal we are repeating this year and we have done quite a few. We love it. The food is hot and oh so good. The character interaction was the best we had anywhere and the service was awsome. The waitress was so funny. I got on to DS for getting way too much bacon and she scolded me for getting onto him at WDW. She asked if he wanted more! We like a 8:10 Ps and then we are out for 9:00 opening time.
