Breakfasts - anyone been since the new scheme came in?

Has anyone done the new breakfast scheme yet? I've seen lots of rumours and claims of whats going on but no first hand experience yet.

Is it true that people on the free meal plan get different allowances to the paid meal plan people?

When it says breakfast at a quick service in the park - does that mean its only available at a park restaurant - so no option to eat at hotel included in the meal plan?

Ive not been since it started - I think it only starts this week does it?

However as far as I know the free meal plan gives a quick service breakfast in the park - not at the hotel. The breakfast bought with a plan will be at your hotel

If you paid for the meal plan, you have breakfast included at your hotel, buffet style. If you received a free meal plan as part of your booking or received one for free and then upgraded to full board (paying the difference) you only get a quick service breakfast in the park, along the lines of croissant, bread and drinks.

Was wondering about this too. Curious if there will be something provided saying where we can go and what we can get with these counter service breakfast vouchers.

I've been searching social media for an answer to the qs breakfast. Looks like it is only being offered at the Hyperion. Two choices, they call them salty or sweet. Salty is a omelette sandwish, juice, croissant, and hot drink. Sweet is a chocolate croissant, croissant with butter and jam, juice, and coffee. Good reports of the quality, availability, seating, etc. I wish there were more options. I hate having the same thing everyday.

Only one restaurant for potentially maybe half the total hotel guests? that must be fun!
