Breakfastosaurus- 8.00 ADR - Parking???

I know this thread was done some time ago - but can't find it now i need to refresh my memory!!!!

We have an ADR for 8.00 at Breakfastosaurus (park open time 9.00) - We are staying off site so will be driving in - does anyone know what time the car park will be open?? Don't want to arrive too early and have to hang about waiting for opening - but also don't want to leave it to late as i'm sure it will take at least 10min to walk to restaurant!!!

Anybody had experience of this - thanks!

You may have a problem. They don't usually open the parking lot until just before the park opens at AK. Why, I'll never understand.

It has been stated often here on the DIS that getting into the lot for the pre-opening Donald meal is iffy. As the previous poster said, no one seems to know WHY they hold up cars sometimes (or usually!). It's a royal pain!

We're renting a car and that is the only day we're taking WDW transportation to the parks just to be on the safe side.

You might want to post the question on the Transportation board. There is a great Disney source there who might have the most up-to-date info on this.

Yes, I agree. The parking lot there is "iffy". Our last meal there was at 8:05am one morning. We were staying on property and when we got to the gate, we waited and waited and waited in line with about 10 other cars. We finally got in the parking lot, but by the time we got to the restaurant, we were late for our PS. I will also be taking Disney Transportation this time. Good Luck!!
