I am looking for opinions where do you prefer to eat breakfast Boma, Crystal Palace or Cape May and why ?

All three are good and you can't really go wrong with any of them IMHO, but
Crystal Palace is our favorite breakfast. Very good buffet featuring puffed french toast
We enjoy the bright/open atmosphere of CP and like an 8:05 am adr on a non-emh day - gets you into MK early (walking down a near-empty main street is neat) and you're done in time for rope drop. We've also had good character interaction with Pooh & friends.
