Breakfast?

What are you guys eating for breakfast? I'm not really an egg person. I'm trying to cut way back on bread. Any ideas?
 
I eat cereal
Usually Food For Life Ezekial 4:9 or a Kashi cereal

or
Smoothie
1 cup plain non fat yogurt
1 banana
either 1 cup of frozen fruit or 1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
6 ice cubes

or grits and an egg (No butter in gritts and canola oil sprayed in pan for egg)

Steel Cut Oatmeal
Various toppings depending on mood

Food for Life Ezekial 4:9 bread or english muffin & 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter

These are my main breakfast's I choose from.
 
I like to eat SB Diet Breakfast Wraps. They are in the frozen section at the store. If you are on Weight Watchers one wrap is 3 points. They are YUMMY!!

I also like the Yoplait Thick n Creamy yogurt with a banana or a slice of whole wheat toast with 1 TBSP of peanut butter and some strawberries on the side.
 
Oatmeal holds me quite a long time. I usually go with that.

If you are looking for low carb stuff, cheeses--I like cottage cheese and fruit. Or supper fixins often work meats--chicken or such.
 

here are my breakfast usuals:

Vitatop muffins at www.vitalicious.com

egg beaters southwest with 1 pt bread option (Aunt Millies 5 grain lite usually or 1/2 english muffin)

yogurt -- Dannon light and fit

Lowfat cottage cheese with 1 TBSP sugar-free jam mixed in (like a breakstone double)

Quaker Oat sugar-free oatmeal with skim or soymilk
 
Im on WW so for breakfast I do their smoothies a lot. I usually will add a bananna in it as well. Or I will eat a rice cake with some peanut butter.
 
I'm on South Beach phase II, so I'm able to use starches sparingly. I found some VERY good South Beach breakfast bars at Cosco.

protein 10g!!!!

I can tell you the chocolate ones curbed my chocolate cravings! :teeth:
 
Wow, thanks for all the tips, everything souds good! I've always eaten a bagel or whatever cereal is in the house, time to stop that.
