Breakfast with Cinderella

i got CRT on the date and time i requested thru concierge. the way it was explained to me is that while they don't have an "in" they do have immediately access to the computer scheduling thus eliminating the call in. it's not like they pick up the phone and start calling at 650am, too - like the rest of us!

I got PS for Cinderella the first time I ever tried for last June. My husband tried on his cell phone and I on our home phone. I can't remember which one of us got through first, but even the CM said it was odd how quiet it was that AM (and we were calling on a Sunday!). Anyway, I took the first possible time they had, and after I had my Confirmation #, I then asked what other times they had and switched times.

We had a great breakfast. Some of the characters were nicer then others and my 4 year old DD was a bit apprehensive at first of the darkness of the castle waiting room, but in the end it was worth it. Very helpful, friendly staff who helped my daughter through her "fears"!

I happened to be on a solo trip 90 days before our family Christmas vacation, and got CRT easily using the "Dine" button on my in-room phone at VWL - so I do think that the ability to use the on-site phone system helps concierge staff tremendously - but I was told they do not have a special "in" when I asked about that, so I would definitely call yourself just to have a backup.
