If we use the counter service tickets for breakfast, does it include juice AND coffee?

It states that it includes a beverage and a dessert but since there isn't a dessert for breakfast, wondering about the beverages.

Thanks

I believe the dessert is a pastry, donut, bagel, etc. In general, I do not believe they allow substitutions. I suppose you could get lucky and find a nice CM who would "accidentally" miskey at checkout and give you a second beverage instead of a dessert.

We used 3 counter service on Friday and got Breakfast and got OJ instead of a soda. We got 2 cinnamon rolls and a danish for our dessert. We don't drink coffee so I am not too sure about it. You may have to buy it out of pocket. I know my MIL bought a refillable mug and she went down and got her coffee in it every morning and then every night before bed she would go and get her nightly Coke..LOL She got her $$$ worth out of that mug I tell ya.

I forgot about the mugs...that's the way to do it.

Next question, if you get the danish or rolls for 'dessert', what types of breakfast items do you get for your meals?

This dining thing is really probably very easy to grasp but I'm so :confused3 :confused3 ....

Thanks

We ate breakfast one morning in Epcot at the Electic Umbrella and they gave us the big chocolate chip cookies for dessert (or choice of something else they had but I can't remember - cheesecake maybe). We found several times that the CM asked what we wanted for dessert and wanted to be sure they gave us something!

On the other hand.....We ate dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe one night, and I was thinking I'd get a milkshake for my dessert, since I had a smoothie for my drink. The pleasant CM said that we can't do a milkshake for dessert as that is considered a drink. So we had to choose something from the dessert menu. Doesn't make sense, as the milkshake was cheaper than their desserts were! But she made it sound like there is a way they key things in and that the system wouldn't let her around it.

I wonder if there are cookies in the POFQ food court at breakfast, I could take that as dessert? I'd rather have a cookie over a danish.

DH told me that I was fretting over this whole dining pkg way too much. He said, it will all work out. :rotfl:

We had MYW Dining this past February.
We got a fruit cup for dessert w/breakfast most of the time.
We would also get Milk or juice for DD as a beverage--never had a problem :goodvibes
