Breakfast then MK?

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this...please move if needed.

My fiance and I will be staying offsite when we go in October. I was wondering if it would be ok to go have breakfast at the Poly then go to the Magic Kingdom leaving our rental at Poly? Is this frowned upon by Disney?

Yes, it IS frowned upon.
(Although some folks DO try it.)

There's an easy solution.

Park in the MK lot and take the resort monorail to the Poly and go from there.
Anyone can board the resort monorail. It boards from a ramp right next to the MK Express monorail, so you'd just take the tram to the monorail gates, as usual.

Congratulations on your engagement!
Your options are, because you cannot park all day at poly if you don't have the parking pas, as follows:

Drive to Poly....have breakfast....get back in car and drive to either MK parking lot or TTC parking lot.

or

drive to either MK parking lot or TTC parking lot ....take the monorail to Poly have breakfast and then go to MK for the day, return to the parking lot you chose.

Yeah, some people would just park at the Poly all day. And that wouldn't be right. It'd be a lot easier, but not right.
