I am at a loss & school starts in two weeks.
My ds in high school is the same way. He usually has a tortilla filled with refried beans and cheese. Usually a glass of milk or 2 to go with it. Before that it was cheese quesadillas(sp?). Fruit smoothies are great too but he doesn't want to make them so he only has it if his sister makes one too.

That's the 6th grade schedule for this year. Bus will come by 7:15, so he will eat by 6:45 to allow time to get to the bus stop. Lunch is not until last shift - 12:55. To make matters worse, he has his toughest subject, LA, right before lunch. I can guarantee you he will be more concerned with his empty belly than with anything the LA teacher has to say.maddiel said:How come there is such a big gap between breakfast and lunch?
