Breakfast, such a decision...

I could use a little advice or opinion please! My husband and I will be there in September for 14 days, our dream trip. We will miss the kids but we are at Disney, but I digress. We have several free days and are not a do breakfast everyday type of couple. I will say we are on the DDP and need to use a table service. We do have a few breakfast reservations though, Crystal Palace (which we really enjoy) and Whispering Canyon (OOP). We have a reservation on one of our free days at the Wave. We really wanted to try their breakfast buffet. It is a later in the morning reservation. We originally had Chef Mickey's and decided that we didn't have kids with us and we have been there done that. So we were really looking forward to our reservation as we have never been. Then we read the breakfast menu for Grand Floridian Cafe. We have had fabulous dinners there but never breakfast. DH likes the looks of the lobster eggs Benedict a lot and a few of their breakfast "cocktails". So for those that have been to both, did you like one over the other? THANKS so much for any thoughts!

We like the Kona Café for breakfast. It has become our new tradition. We actually pay for it even though we are on the free dining plan so we can make the most of the dining plan meals for dinners.

I liked the lobster eggs benedict at GFC. It's such a beautiful location for an adults-breakfas, too. I don't think I'd use a dining credit, though, because it's so affordable for breakfast.

I would try the GFC. The resort itself is lovely, and while I never dined there during my stay, I did look inside that beautiful restaurant. I think that it is the perfect place to stat teh day, and now I want Lobste eggs benedict!

Our favorite breakfast is the Garden Grove at the Swan. The buffet includes juice and coffee, and DH has his eggs cooked at the omelet station....so many choices and kept hot and fresh. And I love their cucumber smoothies.

We really enjoyed Tusker House last year. I love the African flair at both Boma and Tusker. I love traditional breakfast food, but I also love the twists at Tusker.

For breakfast, we actually really like Contempo Cafe. IMO, it's one of the better QS ones.

This year we're trying Cape May. It looks really good, too!

I went with my parents for my dad's 70th bday trip (we didn't have kids with us) to the 1900 Park Fare breakfast at Grand Floridian. We had a great time. It has been a few years so I'm not sure if it's changed or how much, but we adults found it very enjoyable. We liked going to the resort, the food was good & getting a later dining time missed the morning/kid rush as they headed to the parks. The characters interacted as much as you wanted or didn't. We were happy with a few pictures & they moved on. I would like to go again, but haven't had the opportunity.
