Breakfast spots Downtown Disney

I was originally planning to stash breakfast items in my hotel room - but just realized our room doesn't have a fridge or any mini kitchen items. We are staying at the Holiday inn Hotel & Suites (not a suite, otherwise we would have all the kitchen stuff!) and it looks like it's smack in the middle of nothing - in fact looks like it's totally residential around there -

So - decided to scope out options in Downtown Disney - I see there are a few spots that may have quick breakfast items - La Brea, earl of Sandwich and Jamba Juice - problem is - I can't find any hours of operation for any of these places! Does anyone know opening times? Sunday & Monday specifically?

Thanks!!

I dont know exact time but La Brea and the Jazz Kitchen are usually open for breakfast before the park opens. Those are the two that we typically go to. We will be there Sunday and Monday also.

Here's what I found:

Jamba Juice:
Mon-Fri: 7:00 am - 12:00 am
Sat: 7:00 am - 1:00 am
Sun: 7:00 am - 12:00 am

La Brea:
Express Service Dining
Sunday-Friday 8am - 10pm
Saturday Only 8am - 11pm

Full Service Dining
Sunday-Thursday 8am-9pm
Friday-Saturday 8am-10pm

Jazz Kitchen Express:
8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch/Dinner Express
10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m

Well that screws up my plan of grabbing beignets at the Jazz Kitchen Express window before EE. :headache:

Also Catel has a GREAT breakfast and found it ended up only being $2.00 more than the completely less than stellar hot...and by hot i mean COLD!...counter service breakfast I had the day before at Le Brea. Catel is my new favorite DTD breakfast and on a nice day, can sit on the second story balcony and watch DTD below.

I agree. We stumbled upon Catal a few years back on the morning we were heading home. Good food, great service, and very relaxing!
