Breakfast selections?

Could someone please recommend restaurants for breakfast?

We will be at Disney Dec 23 - 29th

So far we have breakast ADRs as follows:

Dec 24: Chef Mickey 10:35

Dec 25: Hollywood and Vine 9:15am

Dec 26: N/A (our resort day)

Dec 27: N/A (Epcot Day)

Dec 28: Olivia's Cafe (I want to change this because I've been hearing not so great reviews about it)

Are you on the dining plan? Are you traveling with children?

We love Tusker House for breakfast as well as Crystal Palace. Of course I have a DD7, so character meals are pretty high on our list. We do a few character breakfasts and then usually eat in our room for the rest of the trip. In December we were only on the regular dining plan, so....

Kona Cafe in the Poly is yummy! The macadamia nut pancakes are my favorite! My fiance tried the Tonga Toast in August and like it as well.
