Breakfast Room service AKL-prompt?

Is AKL room service for breakfast (pre-ordered) prompt? Does coffee arrive hot?
Thinking of staying in room and breakfasting with the animals at least once during our trip.

Hi! We had a in room breakfast when we were there in April. It was really great, it actually came 10 minutes early! Everything was fresh and hot.
