Breakfast Reservations question

If Tusker house is open from 8:10-10:30 for breakfast and I make my ADR for 10:30, will I still get breakfast prices if I'm seated late, or will I be bumped into lunch prices after 10:30?

Also, will the characters still be around at 10:30?
