I'll be leaving shortly for my first trip to Universal since 1997. (Staying 2 nights after my WDW trip). I don't remember a whole lot about that trip, and am really looking forward to having 2 whole new parks to explore.

I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations for breakfast. We'll be staying at the Hard Rock. It doesn't have to be anything too fancy, just looking for something that won't take up too much time in the morning. One day can be at either the resort or at IOA, and the other day we won't be heading into a park so we'll need a place at a resort. That one can be a bit more leisurely.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Depending on what you're looking for...

You could do Whopper Bar, Pastamore or Cinnabon at CityWalk.

Or...Confisco Grille, Croissant Moon Bakery, Cinnabon or Three Broomsticks at IOA.

At the Studios....you have Beverly Hills Boulangerie.

All serve different meals and are reasonable in price.

The Kitchen at the Hard Rock and Islands Dining Room at Royal Pacific both have great breakfast buffets.

There are also continental fixings at Emack and Bolios at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Thanks for the tips! I'm getting so excited to head to Universal. I can't wait to have so many new things to try.

Could anyone post the type of breakfast served at the Whopper Bar or Confiscos etc. I have some picky breakfast eaters with me :)
