Breakfast QS in HS that serves more than sugar and carbs?

Last time I was at HS, the only place to get something for breakfast other than croissants, danishes, doughnuts, etc. was at Mama Melrose (TS) with Disney Junior characters and Fairfax Fare (QS) outside of the Tower of Terror. Fairfax Fare had egg and sausage sandwiches that were great. The Disney website doesn't list a breakfast menu for Farefax Fare. Do they still serve these items? If not, is there anywhere in HS that has something with eggs and meat for breaky?

But there is no QS that isn't pastry, really. The Starbucks has breakfast sandwiches.

Yeah, I mis-remembered Mama Melrose. Funny thing is that the Disney website doesn't list ANY QA breakfast menus. I gotta wonder if there's still a chance FF still sells breakfast sandwiches.

They don't. The only QS breakfast at HS is Starbucks, and they do have breakfast sandwiches: http://allears.net/dining/menu/the-trolley-car-cafe/all-day

Generally speaking, your best bet for in-park protein at breakfast is to pack along some venison jerky and announce that you're eating Bambi.

I'm beginning to see that. I was shocked to see that the Main Street Bakery is just offering coffee and no actual baked goods according to Disney's menu. Now I realize that it's also been converted to a Starbucks, so the Disney website is incomplete on that location, too.

Don't worry, at MK they will now sell you a cheesy hash brown hot dog with fries at 8 AM.

Starbucks has breakfast sandwiches that are very tasty. They were my go to quick breakfast during my last trip.
