Breakfast Preference - Boma or Cape May?

We have 3 TS breakfasts booked during our August trip:
- Tusker House
- Kona
- Cape May

Questioning whether to try and switch the Cape May breakfast to Boma?
Characters are not a deciding factor because we have Tusker already and a Chef Mickey's dinner too. Just looking for experience and good food and option to dine earlier than in the parks.

What's your preference and why....Cape May Breakfast or Boma Breakfast?

I'd definitely kill the Cape May and replace it with something else. We found Cape May to be unappetizing for any meal. I've never been to Boma, but I have to imagine it's better than Cape May.

Another option to consider is going to the Poly and trying either of the places there for breakfast. One is an ok character breakfast at 'Ohana (nothing to write home about to be honest). The other (I can't remember the name of it) is just a diner type of restaurant, but the Tonga Toast there is incredible.

Oh man those are my 2 favorite breakfast spots but I have to go with Boma..it is to die for.

Cape May is my pick.
Relaxing, peaceful character breakfast for us- can you imagine! Love the BC!

Tusker House is very much like Boma.
