Breakfast Options?

It seems like there are only sit-down places in the resorts, no food courts like at WDW. Although I plan to eat lunch and dinner in the theme parks, thus avoiding the need to eat sit-down as much as possible, what are the options for breakfasts? Are there any places to grab a quick breakfast anywhere? Anything quick in City Walk? I would hope not to have to get all the way into a park to get breakfast, but if that is the only option, are there suggestions for this?

Thank you!

I would love to know too. I believe someone said something about bakeries? I'll go back and check the menu link. Forgot to look there.

The Royal Pacific has continental breakfast in the Orchid Court Lounge. Pastamore has some breakfast items. Cinnabons at Citywalk. There is also a food court at Citywalk, but I'm not sure if they are open for breakfast.

croissant moon bakery in IOA is delicious! Great breakfast sand. They are right near the front too.

At the Studios...the Beverly Hills Boulangerie serves breakfast sandwiches and croissants. At IOA...Croissant Moon Bakery, Confisco Grille (which also features character dining) and Cinnebon are all available in the park for breakfast. At CityWalk...you have the Whopper Bar, Cinnebon and Pastamore as breakfast options.

We're not big breakfast eaters so I brought a collapsible cooler and did a grocery run. We got cereal (the ones in the bowls so you just add milk), milk, fruit, yogurt, some breakfast bars, and some snacks and drinks. I just filled a ziplock with ice to keep it cold. It made breakfast quick & easy (and cheap).

When we stay on-site we always pack A cooler full of snacks for the morning. This way we can have A nice sit down lunch in the parks and afterwords A nice dinner at CW or one of the resorts.Oneday we will have eaten everywhere at Universal. But as many times we been its gonna take A few more years.I do have my favs that get in the way!!:lmao:

We LOVE the breakfast sandwiches at Croissant Moon in IoA and the Boulangerie at US! One of our must-dos on every trip!

My US vacation is the only time I will allow myself near a Cinnabon and I LIVE for that!!!

I am sure that Cinnabon will be breakfast one day, but on a four night trip, I don't think my stomach can handle quite that much cinnabon. Mixing it up with all of the other suggestions will definitely be happening!

I haven't tried this yet, but here's our plan!

My son is hypoglycemic, so he needs to avoid sugar and simple carbs. We're planning on bringing high-fiber sugar-free instant oatmeal and a bag of raisins, assorted nuts, a bottle of sugar-free syrup and some cinnamon. We can boil hot water in the coffee maker in our hotel room, and simply mix up some oatmeal in the morning. We can rinse out our breakfast bowls in the sink, when we're done. And nothing needs to be refrigerated.

Ideally, this should be fast, meet my son's dietary needs, and even save us some money.

I'm hoping it works!

Although not nearly as complicated in terms of ingredients, I have done the instant oatmeal route on many trips. In fact, that is why I asked my original question. I won't be going straight to Universal, so I was hoping to avoid carrying a week's worth of breakfast in my luggage around if I really didn't have to. I'm sure that I will stick a few packets in my backpack for some mornings, but having options other than oatmeal can help avoid boredom. But for a shorter trip, or with the ability to bring toppings, it is a definitely easy way to go.
