Breakfast Options PPO at Epcot

I am at a bit of a loss and would love some input on how to make the best of this situation. I had to make a last minute change of plans due to Star Wars Dessert Party availability and I am now left without a breakfast ADR for October 6. We are heading to our second Epcot day and are staying at AKL. Boma is not an option and every restaurant in Epcot and at the Boardwalk/Epoct-area resorts is booked except for the Captain's Grille. 1900 Park Faire is fully booked. Are there any other easy transportation options that I am forgetting? Would The Wave be an option? I am resigned that I will probably need to take an Uber to get wherever I am going, but I would like easy Disney transportation to Epcot after breakfast. Thoughts? Thank you!

1. You could look for Garden Grill (more likely) or Akershus (less likely) for PPO IN Epcot.

2. Near Epcot, look for Cape May or Captain's Grill.

3. Via monorail transfers after breakfast, Chef Mickey, Ohana, Kona Cafe, Wave.

Grand Floridian Cafe is also maybe an option, but the transfer there is less easy than from Contemporary or Poly.

I think people will still be shifting their ADRs and you may be able to swap.

You have 30 days. People who are off-site book FP+ this week. Other people may yet cancel due to storms, Zika or not being able to pay off in time. Booked ADRs 30 days out are not set in stone. Keep an eye out. Using the Touring Plans res finder.

Capt. Grille is very good! We've only had Trattoria for dinner, but that was good as well. You don't mention if you are on the dining plan. If not, you could uber over to Swan/Dolphin and eat at Garden Grove or Fresh. You could also take a boat to DHS and simply walk or boat over.
