For counter service your only option is Boardwalk Bakery or the continental breakfast served at Bellevue Lounge.

For table service, the only restaurant at Boardwalk that serves breakfast is Kouzzina. You do have access to Cape May and Captain's Grill across the water at Yacht and Beach.

Kouzzina is highly recommended on here so we're giving it a try in December

Boardwalk Bakery is probably where we'll go most mornings for something quick before we head to the parks.

Should be noted that the Swan/Dolphin restaurants are not on the dining plan, but they are sometimes of higher quality than the Disney-operated restaurants.

I second that. I don't know if the OP meant specifically the BW or BW area. If the latter, definitely Fresh.

Boardwalk Bakery is a fine option as well, but if you are not in the mood for that kind of fare, it might not be so great.

We went to the Boardwalk bakery and it was great... we eat at the bakery QS dinner and lunch.... then the day we went to Epcot we eat at the bakery for breakfast.....

Captain's grille at the YC. The dark chocolate waffles with cherry compote make me drool every time I think of them!
