Breakfast on ddp questions

We are on the regular DDP plan for 6 nights, really only 5 days. We are doing a couple of meals off the ddp, so we are mostly using the table meals for dinner, and a couple of lunches.

With adults and children, wondering the best way to budget breakfast on the plan. Outside of character breakfasts, there seem to be few early breakfast options....

At the parks, what are the QS breakfast options? What can you actually get?
Is there is an efficient way to use snack credits for breakfast?

And speaking of snacks.... The "examples" listed all sound like cheap non-perishables.. a bottled drink, bag of chips, etc... But I have seen some people suggesting you can use your snack credits for real pastries from the bakeries in the park. So can you really use a snack credit to get a chocolate croisant? (for example). If so, that could go a long way towards breakfast..

Check out this (sticky) thread for all your snack options. There is so much more than the brochure says. Many items would make a nice quick breakfast.

Typically, on the DDP, we still eat most of our breakfasts in the room. We have a toaster and have cereal, fruit, pop tarts, bagels, etc. It makes it much quicker to get going in the a.m. We do save a few TS credits for breakfast on our last day and as we get closer to leaving and see how many CS credits we have, we will have breakfast in the food court, though it's not the best option. I love danish and fruit for breakfast. Pastries and fruit are considered snacks at many places (see above thread).

Happy Dining!

Pizzafari has a good cs breakfast at AK and Sunshine Seasons has a good breakfast plate. You can get breakfast at Main Street Bakery at MK, although I usually just get an ice cream sammich for breakfast with a snack credit. Never had breakfast at DHS other than a cupcake at Starring Rolls.

Thank you for the suggestions.... Looks like I may do a couple CS breakfasts, and a couple snack/room breakfasts.

Anybody know how the cs breakfast at the Contemporary is?
