Breakfast offerings at IOA and US

We're interested in quick breakfast offerings at Beverly Hill Boulangerie and Croissant Moon Bakery. Can anyone tell me what the breakfast menus consists of and what time they open?

They have a wide assortment of breakfast pastries but they also have breakfast croissants which are filled with a scrambly egg, melted cheese and you can have ham or bacon as well. The breakfast croissants at Boulangerie are fresher than the ones at Croissant Moon (theirs are pre-made and stuck in the microwave)

They are open when the park opens.

We arrived late to the Croissant Moon (around 10:30AM) this past Sunday and they were sold out of the breakfast croissants.
