Generally,

Breakfast until 10:30-11:00
Lunch until 4:00-4:30
Dinner after that.

If you go to the online dining reservation page and type in the name of the restaurant you're interested in, it will list the time frame for the various meals.

When we ate at the Liberty Tree Tavern, lunch was only until 3PM (we had a 2:50PM seating). They then kind of "shut down" or more realistically don't seat anyone until 4PM, and that gives them about an hour to prepare food for dinner.
