where do you eat breakfast in the parks and what do you typically get? pastries? breakfast sandwiches?
thanks! :)

Main Street Bakery in MK, Starring Rolls at HS, Sunshine Seasons at Epcot and Pizzafari or Kusafiri at AK. :thumbsup2

Generally we prefer to have breakfast before we head to the park. First thing in the morning is prime time for hitting attractions before the lines get long.

Later in our stay, if we are ready to spend time having breakfast in the park we like to grab a cinnamon roll at the Main Street Bakery in the MK. Not big on the other parks.

We either eat at a character breakfast and are done before the park opens or eat before we go. We don't want to waste prime ride time with breakfast. Then we stop for lunch when the crowds are starting to roll into the parks and we need a break :cool1:

Surprisingly, there are great breakfast sandwiches at Fairfax Fair in HS (near Rock N Roller Coaster) and the biscuits and gravy in AK near where the Lion King Show is held offers incredible value.

The bakery on the boardwalk has nice breakfast sandwiches. Buried in the belly of the Dolphin is a place that used to be called Tubbi's Buffeteria. I forget its new name! LOL. It's decent food.

In the park, we've only done breakfast at Sunshine Season's Food Fair in the Land at EPCOT. It's quite a nice selections.

Oh, we did the Breakfastosaurus once at AK. Yep. Won't be doing that again!

One of the best character breakfasts is at Cape May. You'd be amazed!

Have had some mid morning snacks from Main St. Bakery in MK... cinnamon rolls were too sickly sweet as were the turnovers.

We enjoy the character breakfasts, we do them early so that we can get a head start on the parks. In before opening!!! :cool1:

CP between 8:00 to 9:00 otherwise we have found it is better to eat before getting to the other parks. If we get hungry we usually grab some popcorn to tide us over before lunch. SS in Epcot & the bakery on MS in MK are good but had nothing to make them a much better choice than the food court at POFQ

For the most part, there are almost no table service restaurants serving breakfast in the parks. In the Magic Kingdom you have the Crystal Palace (buffet) and Cinerella's Royal Table in the castle, which is now a princess encounter. Each park has a variety of counter service options ranging from pastries and fruit to even a cafeteria-style breakfast. I think it's probably best to have breakfast at your resort. When we day trip, we have breakfast at home before we leave or swing by Kona Cafe at the Polynesian on the way in. When we stay over, we still prefer the resorts for breakfast.

Fresh.

No, not you. The name of the place that used to be Tubbi's. :rolleyes1

Each park is different but all have really tasty food :) here are a few of my favorites:
EPCOT: table service: Norway princess breakfast
counter service: sunshine seasons

DHS: table service: I haven't had the pleasure of eating at one
counter service: Staring rolls

MK: table service: 1st crystal palace, 2nd Cinderella's royal table
counter service: main street bakery, vendor Liberty bell boat ride

AK: table service: Tusker house
counter service: quick service in Africa

Everything is delicious though, have fun on your trip :)
