You can find the menus for all WDW restaurants on allearsnet.com.....dining...menus. Just pick the theme park or resort you want to look at and you will see all the restaurants there with their menus.
You will find that all the buffets offer all you can eat eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.
Most, if not all, the restuarants offer these, as well as other offerings, on their menus.
Last year we ate at Breakfastosaurus in AK and it was great. We had DD17,DD boyfriend 18, DS16, DS12 and DS friend and they loved it. It was a character breakfast with Donald. It was a little noisy because it was a little crowded but service was great and food was great. We have done many character breakfasts before (cinderella's castle, crystal palace, wilderness lodge) and my older kids liked the food at this one. We have ADR's for March again because they liked it so much. I hope it is still great! Good luck
We've had a few breakfasts at the parks... here's our experience:
Animal Kingdom: Had a marvelous breakfast at the Rain Forest cafe
Magic Kingdom: The only breakfast we've had there was Cinderella's Royal Table... it was fantastic.
Epcot: Had bagels and fruit at "The Land"
MGM: Very good breakfast at the ABC Commissary
Our favorite all-time breakfast was at the O'Hana character breakfast in the Polynesian resort. It was our first-ever character meal, and as far as food goes, it was our best breakfast in Disney. I hope this helps.
