Breakfast in the Parks - How Early?

I like to be at the parks at opening so I can get to the popular attractions before the lines get long.

If I go to an early character breakfast in the park (such as CRT), can I be done in time for the park opening? How much time before park openings are the first breakfast sittings?

For most of the restaurants, I believe they start serving around 7:30. I usually spend about 45 mins at breakfast meals. If it's an EMH at MK that day, the park will open at 8, giving you 30 mins if you get a 7:30 seating. Otherwise the park opens at 9.

We had Breakfastasauras at AK, our ressie was for 8am. They didn't even let us into the parking lot until 8am. Once we actually got in and ate and all that, it was around 9 30. So I wouldn't count on anything.
