princess: I do not understand why it is so hard to make a reservation to have breakfast in the castle. I tried 3 months before my depature and they were already filled. How could that be seeing I called on the day reservations told me I could. Thanks for any info. :grouphug:

Cinderella's Royal Table and Princess Storybook Breakfast (in Epcot) are the most popular meals at WDW. They sell out in mere minutes as soon as the phone lines open up at 7AM. If you're not on the phone at exactly at 7AM and get lucky to get through, you unfournately get shut out. You can keep trying and hope for a cancellation, but these meals are VERY difficult to book.

In a recent Disney Magazine it stated that breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table is more difficult to get into than Fort Knox!!!

When you called did you call at EXACTLY 7:00am eastern time? People begin calling at 6:57 and keep trying until someone answers. Many people on the west coast set their alarms for 4:00 in the morning so they can call and get PS for Cindy's.

People have reported getting a cancellation at the restaurant the day of the visit. Good luck.

Because it sells out in about 10 minutes each morning. You have to have a strategy set up for calling, and have lightening fingers and lots of pixie dust.

But honestly, did you arrange for PSB instead? Or Cinderellas Gala Feast for dinner? The reviews of CRT are usually less than enthusiastic, but for some reason people are so hyped about getting it... if your little ones truly want to see the Princesses, do one of those in the meantime and keep checking. We LOVED the PSB, I'm sure your children will be thrilled with anything!

If you really want it just keep on calling on different days at different times. Dining is open 7 days a week 7am-11pm. According to the CMs there are usually a few cancellations everyday and those are put back into the system as soon as they are cancelled. Another CM told my sister that at 72, 48 and 24 hours before there are usually a few cancellations because of the credit card holds. And if all else fails do like my sister, she called about 6x a day (using the 800 #s) and finally a week later at 10:45pm on a Saturday was able to get a PS. Good Luck!

I have been very very very very lucky.. every trip I get at least one breakfast in the castle but I call every day til I get one or I bug the concierge about getting me a PS.... one time 2 years ago, I couldn't make a PS for the life of me and when I arrived, I called that afternoon and BINGO... I got in the next morning first thing. It's all luck but I was told that if you call at 7am and if you're on hold longer then 5 minutes... you out of the picture for that day..LOL.

When I made ps's for my upcoming Dec. trip, I was on hold 20 minutes 1 day, and 40 minutes the next day. And, yes, I DID get CRT ressies each day! If anyone is interested in one for Dec. 3rd, let me know & I would be willing to coordinate with you when I call to release it. :sunny:
