Breakfast in Norway

If you have the princess breakfast in Norway, what's the easiest way to get there since the World Showcase isn't open till 11??

Can you enter through the International Gateway?

you can enter thru the International Gateway if you are coming from a resort served by the boat, or you can go to the main gate... either way you'll walk around to norway... as long as you have a ps you'll be able to get there, even if WS is closed...

We were there in January and had a PS at Akerhus for PSB -- no problem getting there at all, even though WS was "closed." There was nothing stopping anyone from walking around WS before the pavilions opened.
