Where is the best place to get breakfast at EPCOT if you get there on an early entrance day? Is it possible to get into the World Showcase early in the morning? I was thinking croissants and coffee in France....

You can get into the World Showcase, but very little will be open before 11am.

Akershus has a morning character breakfast, but other than that I don't think any of the food places in the World Showcase are open in the morning.
None of the parks have many options for breakfast.

That sounds good. I wish .:genie: World Showcase was open earlier.

The only thing open in the WS prior to 11 am is the Akershus character breakfast. Everything else is closed and you can only get to Norway if you have an ADR and are on the list.

Sunshine Seasons is your best and almost only breakfast option in Epcot. Not to worry, though, they are good and have a pretty good selection of pastries, hot food, and cold items. Grab a Soarin fast pass, ride Soarin in the regular line, enjoy some breakfast, then either ride Living with the Land and then Soarin again with your fast pass or flip those last two. Great way to start a day at Epcot. :)

World Showcase will not be open before 11 AM so any pastries from France would have to wait until then.

Akershus is the only TS restaurant in Epcot that serves breakfast. The only CS serving breakfast is Sunshine Seasons. There are a few kiosks in Future World that serve pastries or muffins and coffee.

SS has a great variety of items from really gooooood cinnamon rolls (and other pastries) to eggs and sausage and fruit. It's proximity to Soarin' is a plus, too!:hippie:

If you decide to wait for WS to open, try the school bread at the Norway Pavilion. It's yummy with a cup of joe.

Thanks for the plan on Soarin and then breakfast! That is a really good idea. I guess I should get my croissants the night before and have them the next morning at the resort. I vaguely remember that Akerhus had some good pastries, too -- maybe that is the 'school bread' that I am remembering.

Yep, head to Sunshine Seasons in The Land. We usually head there first thing, grab a FastPass for Soarin', ride Livin' With the Land, then grab some breakfast at SS. Try the croissant bread pudding. I never thought I liked bread pudding, but the stuff I had last time was amazing! I hope they have still have it when we get back in Feb.

1) As mentioned above, SUNSHINE SEASONS.
2) It has got some really yummy breakfast stuff.
3) And, it is rumored they removed all the calories from the pasties !!!!!!!!!!!

We did this exact plan 2 weeks ago. DH and the kids got some sugar filled things at the bakery and I had the breakfast platter (eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage). Everything was very good! :)
