I'm looking for some quick, but good, breakfast options for Disneyland and California Adventure!
I second the French toast at Flo's, although the sauce can be a bit on the sweet side.
Red Rose is really the only QS option in Disneyland; but there are a couple simple options at Jolly Holiday.

Did something happen to Rancho del Zocalo? That's where the Riverbelle Terrace breakfast went when it became TS. RDZ has a good seating area, too, to enjoy breakfast.
Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland Terrace also serves breakfast. Jolly Holiday has a decent egg croissant sandwich, quiche I think, and lots of sweet options. There is also Market House which features a mix of Disney and Starbucks offerings and the coffee cart on Main Street. Other than Flo's and Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical (more Starubucks) I'm hard-pressed to think of breakfast options inside DCA. The seasonal donut at Schmoozies is popular if only for its instagrammability.

Breakfast has moved from Rancho to Red Rose Tavern. I have only tried Red Rose Tavern once so far. I was very excited going in but somewhat disappointed by the result. I will give it another try on a future visit probably in case they were just having an off day. Btw, we ordered the specialty items rather than the basics so maybe they just don't have these newer menu items perfected yet. We visited in July though, so the menu had at least been in use for a while.
What kind of stuff do they serve at Galactic Grill? The usual?
The one item I was disappointed with was the Flatbread. It was dry and lacked flavor. I'm going to stick with the platters from now on.Breakfast has moved from Rancho to Red Rose Tavern. Breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, french toast sticks. Typical fast food type breakfast. DH and DS got something there sometime in the last year. I haven't eaten there in years. When my kids were little, their breakfasts were one of the best bargains in the park since they were fairly cheap and included a drink. Those days are long gone.
