Breakfast @ Grand Floridian Cafe?

We are staying at the Grand in December. My husband and sons are doing a guided fishing tour while I go to the spa for a massage ( ). I'd like to plan a sort of late breakfast for that morning after fishing/massage. I had originally thought of hopping on the boat to the Polynesian for Kona Cafe or meeting Lilo and Stitch at Ohana. I'm wondering if maybe we should give the Grand Floridian Cafe a try.

Does anyone have any good or bad opinions or comments on the Grand Floridian Cafe?

We've had breakfast and dinner at the cafe and have never experienced a bad meal. I had the pancakes which were great and DH had steak and eggs.
