Dd and I wake up hungry. Any ideas for things I can pack to eat in the room?

So far I have only thought of mini muffins and dry Fruit Loops :rotfl2:

If I have to wait an hour for food I get cranky!

I'm packing those cereal bars. You can them in many different types, including Fruit Loops. I'm also packing some Cliff Bars. My DH and DD love those.

We have taken rice krispie bars, a loaf of bread and peanut butter, nutrigrain bars, bananas, apples, dry cereal, raisins, apple juice boxes, pop tarts, granola bars, powdered doughnuts, etc.

We also would stop in the food court the night before as we returned to the resort, got a little jug of milk, and put it on ice overnight so we had it first thing in the am. It was always still very cold.

When we went last December, we had our Tiffany Town Car driver stop at the grocery store. We stocked up on bottled water, juice boxes for the kids, orange juice, milk, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, etc... (we had a mini-fridge @ the Beach Club)... it was great-only ate breakfast out twice-the Princess Breakfast @ Norway and Cape May Cafe....:)

Bagels (and cream cheese if you have a way to store it), PopTarts, granola bars, SlimFast bars...

We always do a grocery stop for breakfast and snacks either with a rental car or town car stop.

Our breakfast is usualy muffins, bagels or cold cereal with milk and fruit, a favorite of the kids. Apples, bananna and oranges usually last long enough to get us through a few days. The mini fridge is large enough for 1/2 gallon of milk as well as juice. We also buy bottled water and juice boxes or bags and chill them as needed to save space.

One year we were doing atkins we took cheese cubes and ham slices and kept in a cooler. With more protien and less carbs we were aable to go longer and felt better till lunch time.

Alo don't forget that counter seervice breakfast platters are really big and not too expensive that if you like a big breakfast it might be worth getting one and sharing it.

pop tarts and juice boxes for the kids. Bringing bagels for me and DH. Thinking about putting cream cheese in a cooler to take on the flight. Maybe I can get some from the CBR food court - Does anyone know?

Since we are doing the MYW plus dining I don't think we will need much. Kids can drink milk with their cs and ts meals.

We are doing ME and not renting a car so I plan to pack any snacks/breakfast items we need in our luggage.

Just FYI we didnt know this until a few days into our trip, milk (the little jugs) can be considered a snack. We found that we never used all our snack credits in a day, as we were still full from the meals, so we were able to get ds milk each night in the food court using the credits. Which was nice, cuz at $2 apeice, milk really adds up.

Parmalat sells juice box size milk containers that don't need to be refrigerated and we found one does two small bowls of cereal very nicely. We have also used Yoohoo boxes which tastes not so bad on some cereals.
