Okay what is a Breakfast Feature Meal Vouchers??

Are they transferrable and are they good for Character meals??
I have a friend who has some they did not use and offered them to me but I want to be sure what they are first!

yes, anyone can use them s long as an adult isn't trying to use a child's ticket. And they are good for the character breakfasts.
